One of the major blessings of the quality education provided through WCS has to do with our teachers and staff. This is a dedicated and loving group of individuals who sacrificially give of themselves for the good of others! We know from Scripture that “a student, when he is fully trained, will be like his teacher.” 

At the end of each school year, for as long as I can remember, we have provided a means to honor the WCS teachers and staff. The WORTHY SERVANT program gives all of us the opportunity to provide the faculty and staff a tangible token and expression of our heartfelt appreciation. This is a special financial bonus at year’s end.

It is no secret that the past few years have been difficult economically. Yet, it would be a huge oversight if we did not provide an opportunity to our family and friends to bless our dedicated faculty and staff. I trust you will prayerfully, and even sacrificially, consider how you might be an encouragement to the faculty and staff at the end of this school year through a financial contribution.

This is how the WORTHY SERVANT PROGRAM works with distribution of a financial gift you give:

           80% of your gift is given to a “bonus fund” which is disbursed in the form of a bonus check to each teacher and staff member at the annual PTF Worthy Servant’s Dinner in June.  

     20% of your gift is given to the WORTHY SERVANTS ENDOWMENT FUND.

Gifts may be given at any time during the year. However, the last day a gift may be allocated is at the end of May of each year.  Please contact the school office at 574-267-5788 to get the exact date.
