Volunteers
We consider the role of parents and grandparents to visit the school an
integral part of the education process. Research indicates that children
whose parents and grandparents become actively involved in their education
(both at home and at school) are more likely to be better students with a
higher level of self-esteem and a generally more positive outlook on life.
A list of volunteer opportunities will be made available during
registration and in the school office. All parents will be asked to
complete and submit this form at the time of registration. Additionally,
specific requests for volunteers may be made in the Newsletter during the
school year. While we wish to stress the importance of classroom
volunteerism (classroom parent, tutoring, etc.) we also offer a range of
opportunities (special events, family workdays, coaching athletic teams,
computer repair, working in the school office, etc.) We are confident that
you will find volunteering a blessing. Your commitment to making a
POSITIVE IMPACT on you children’s education is greatly appreciated.
