It is the goal of Warsaw Christian School to develop in students positive Christ-like character qualities. Athletics is a microcosm of life. The students are confronted with all types of life situations which are excellent opportunities for teaching Biblical principles. It is the job of the coaches to properly direct students in these situations.
Athletics is a means to an end, not the end in itself. At Warsaw Christian School we feel that athletics serves as one aspect of the educational program and is not the main focus. It is our goal that students become well rounded individuals, striving toward his/her God-given potential in everything. At Warsaw Christian School we strive to keep sports from overshadowing family life so students participate in practices and/or games a maximum of 3 days a week.
Warsaw Christian School offers soccer, volleyball, track, and basketball to 5th and 6th graders and occasionally to 4th graders when more players are needed.
The soccer and volleyball seasons are from August through the middle of October. Boys and girls basketball begins in November and goes through the beginning of February.
